This is a specialty coffee with the distinctive "pulp sun-dried" processing produced in the shade.  This espresso brags a solid note figs caramelised in nectar with an undercurrent of citrus acridity. With a medium body, this espresso has a waiting trailing sensation of improved vanilla.

This is the finest quality of washed Arabica available in India. It's an overly sugary coffee with flavours of toffied caramel and a slight harsh lemon aftertaste. It is one of India's finest coffees, with a strong fragrance and light body.

Tat Tvam Asi, a natural ranch in the Baba Budangiri Range, is an off the grid estate in the heart of the Badra Tiger Reserve, maybe the most elevated manor in the area bringing about very much produced espressos. This espresso performs well in manual brews, with a flawless finishing and a pleasant smell of sugarcane. It has almost little roughness and a sparkling clarity.
